Contact the developer
Questions, feedback, compatibility reports, licensing and purchase enquiries, and release-related enquiries are welcome. There are two addresses so that support and general enquiries do not queue behind each other — either reaches the developer.
General enquiries
contact@ytscontrol.comQuestions about the product, business and volume licensing enquiries, feedback, and asking to be told when the trial launches.
Product and licensing support
support@ytscontrol.comInstallation help, compatibility and troubleshooting reports, trial questions, licence activation and purchase-related support.
Please avoid including passwords, licence keys, private network captures, or other sensitive information in email.
Want to know when the trial launches?
Email contact@ytscontrol.com and say so — a single line is enough. There is no mailing list, no signup form and nothing to subscribe to — just an email address, read by the developer. Any reply comes from a person rather than an automated system, and nothing about your visit is recorded by this website.
About the developer
YTS Control is designed, written and maintained by one developer, ruffangeles. Both addresses above are read by that person. There is no support queue, no ticketing system and no third party in between — the person who wrote the code is the person who reads the mail. The two addresses exist to separate support from general enquiries, not to imply a team.
Every screenshot on this site is a capture of YTS Control running on the developer’s own network, with hardware addresses blurred. Where something is unfinished, this site says so: Windows is the platform that is stable today, the Linux build is a beta that is not published yet, and macOS is still in progress.
YTS Control is proprietary commercial software. Licensing and attribution sets out what a licence covers and which third-party components ship with the application.
